Prawns Tandoori Fry

    Ingredients:

    Prawns large Kilogram (cleaned, washed and drained)

    Ginger Garlic paste 1 and tablespoons

    Oil 2 tablespoons

    Salt- As per taste

    Red Chili Powder 2 teaspoons

    Garam masala Powder- teaspoon

    Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

    Hot chili garlic sauce 1 teaspoonful

    Corn flour 1 tablespoon

    Red food colour few drops

    Coriander leaves/Cilantro for garnish

Directions:

    Method:

    Marinate the prawns with all the said ingredients and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.

    Heat oil in a wide pan. Lower the flame and add the marinated prawns in portions. Give a stir so that the prawns are well coated with oil. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low heat. Give a stir once in between. When the prawns become tender and are cooked well, increase the flame and let the liquid dry until you get your desired consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
