In a chilled bowl, add the whipping cream and condensed milk and whip until soft peaks are formed. Add in the cardamom powder, cream cheese cubes and the gelatin/agar agar (dissolved) and whip further until stiff peaks are formed. Refrigerate for few minutes.Add melted butter to the crushed digestive biscuits and mix well. In a mould, layer the crushed digestive biscuits and press gently with the back of a spoon. Layer the whip cream and cheese mixture over the biscuits layer. Set aside in refrigerator for at least two hours. Before serving layer the top with the Gajar Halwa and garnish with sliced nuts
